We do also offer individualised training on both domestic and industrial machines should you need further guidance. Whether you’re just starting out, or are already an advanced user, we’ll be able to help you to get the very best out of your machine.

We take great pride in our after-sales service through our servicing, repairs and maintenance commitment to you. We offer both on-site and off-site repairs for Brother, Juki and Fewei sewing, embroidery and combination machines (off-site is for industrial embroidery machines only).

Repairs differ from servicing: machines that are damaged or broken require repair work, as opposed to a service.

A service is recommended for any hobby embroidery machine that has provided you with 3.5 – 5 million stitches (which is a lot of hard work from your machine!)

For an industrial embroidery machine, after 15 million stitches it’s time for a well-earned service.

We can happily provide you with a ballpark figure to fix or service your machine, but a comprehensive quote will only be provided after a thorough assessment.

Proper servicing and repairs take time – your machine will be ready after a minimum period of 7 working days.
