1. Machine Training

Every sewing, embroidery, or quilting machine purchased from us includes complimentary basic machine training provided by our experienced team.

This training covers:

  • How to set up and operate your machine model

  • Understanding machine features and maintenance basics

  • Threading, tension, bobbin use, and feature navigation

Please note: This does not include beginner sewing instruction. If you are new to sewing or embroidery and need additional training, we offer a variety of beginner-friendly classes on our Courses Page.

2. Repairs & Servicing

We offer professional repairs, servicing, and maintenance on all sewing, embroidery, and combination machines, both domestic and industrial.

What’s the Difference?

  • Repairs: For machines that are damaged, not stitching properly, or not functioning

  • Servicing: Preventative maintenance to keep your machine running smoothly

Recommended Service Intervals:

  • Hobby/domestic embroidery machines: every 3.5–5 million stitches

  • Industrial embroidery machines: every 15 million stitches

Turnaround Time:

Repairs and servicing typically require a minimum of 7 working days, depending on part availability and technician workload.

Estimates & Quotes:

  • We can provide a rough cost estimate upfront.

  • A final quote is only issued after a full machine assessment.

  • No repair work will be done without your approval of the quote.

3. Machines Not Purchased From Us

We’re happy to assist with machines purchased elsewhere, however:

  • A training fee of R500 per person applies for machines not bought from our store (online or in person).

4. Collection & Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for transporting their machine to and from our workshop.

  • For large industrial units, off-site repairs can be arranged. Contact us for more details.
