Returns, refunds & cancellation policy

Applies to all online sales of sewing, embroidery, and quilting machines and accessories.

1. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been dispatched.

  • To request a cancellation, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • If the order has already been shipped, it will be treated as a return (see section 2).

Approved cancellations will be refunded within 7 business days, less any processing or transaction fees.

2. Return & Refund Eligibility

Brother and Juki:

 

Machines can only be returned for a refund if:

​

  • The item is in its original, unopened packaging (seal not broken, never used).

  • The return request is lodged within 10 calendar days of receiving your order.

  • Proof of purchase is provided.

​

After this 10-day window, you will no longer be eligible for a return or refund. However, if your product qualifies under a manufacturer's warranty, that coverage remains applicable (see our Machine Warranty Policy).

Britex and Fuwei:

​

Due to the industrial nature of these machines, refunds are not offered unless the product is defective on arrival and reported within 10 days.

If the machine is defective, either a repair or a replacement machine will be issued. 

3. Return Conditions & Handling Fees

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If approved:

​

  • Your refund will be processed within 14 business days to the original method of payment.

  • A handling fee of up to 15% of the purchase price will be deducted from your refund.

 

Important:


Shipping heavy machinery involves logistics, import duties, and specialised packaging. Therefore:

​

  • A handling fee is applicable on all returns.

  • The customer is responsible for all courier or transport costs associated with returning the item.

  • We do not accept liability for damage incurred during return shipping. Please package items securely.

4. Buyer's Remorse

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse.
