Cancellations:
- Orders may only be cancelled if they have not yet been dispatched.
- If the order has already been shipped, it will be treated as a return.
- To request a cancellation, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Return & Refunds (Brother and Juki)
Machines can only be returned for a refund if:
- The item is in its original, unopened packaging (seal not broken, never used).
- The return request is lodged within 10 calendar days of receiving your order.
- Proof of purchase is provided.
After this 10-day window, you will no longer be eligible for a return or refund. However, if your product qualifies under a manufacturer's warranty, that coverage remains applicable.
Please note: A handling fee is applicable on all returns.
Buyer's Remorse
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse.
