Please note: Once the box has been opened, returns are not accepted, so make sure you’re confident in your choice. We’re just a message or visit away if you’d like help deciding!

We offer flexible options to get your machine to you, wherever you are:

Nationwide Delivery We deliver across South Africa using trusted courier partners. Shipping times are typically 3–5 working days, depending on your location. Rates are calculated based on your area and the size of your order.

Self-Collection (Click & Collect) Prefer to collect? Choose Self-Collection at checkout. You’ll receive a notification from us as soon as your order is ready, usually within 3–5 working days.

Collection Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 3:30pm Select Saturdays: 9:00am – 12:00pm

Cancellations

• Orders may only be cancelled if they have not yet been dispatched.

• If the order has already been shipped, it will be treated as a return.

• To request a cancellation, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Return & Refunds (Brother and Juki)

Machines can only be returned for a refund if:

• The item is in its original, unopened packaging (seal not broken, never used).

• The return request is lodged within 10 calendar days of receiving your order.

• Proof of purchase is provided.

After this 10-day window, you will no longer be eligible for a return or refund. However, if your product qualifies under a manufacturer's warranty, that coverage remains applicable.

Every machine purchased through us comes with a complimentary introductory session to help you unbox and set up your new machine with confidence.

This session focuses on getting you started with the essentials:

• Unpacking and initial setup

• Threading and bobbin winding

• Basic tension understanding

• Overview of your machine’s key functions

Please note: This introduction is a basic orientation, not full sewing training. For those wanting to build sewing skills, explore advanced features, or work through specific projects, additional lessons and classes are available and can be booked separately.
