We deliver across South Africa using trusted courier partners. Shipping times are typically 3–5 working days, depending on your location. Rates are calculated based on your area and the size of your order.Self-Collection (Click & Collect)

Cancellations:
- Orders may only be cancelled if they have not yet been dispatched.
- If the order has already been shipped, it will be treated as a return.
- To request a cancellation, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Return & Refunds (Brother and Juki)
Machines can only be returned for a refund if:
- The item is in its original, unopened packaging (seal not broken, never used).
- The return request is lodged within 10 calendar days of receiving your order.
- Proof of purchase is provided.
After this 10-day window, you will no longer be eligible for a return or refund. However, if your product qualifies under a manufacturer's warranty, that coverage remains applicable.
Please note: A handling fee is applicable on all returns.
